As the (already busy) manager and leader, we’re in constant demand from our team to help them out and give the answer, yet the more we give the answer, the less self-sufficient they become.
Our programmes break that vicious cycle by giving busy managers and leaders the tools to have simple and effective coaching and feedback conversations in just 10 minutes or less.
