OUR PROGRAMMES MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We’re passionate about one thing and we do that thing really well – helping busy managers and leaders get the best out of their people. With the pace and pressure that exists in the workplace today, there’s one major problem that exists and it’s a constant vicious cycle. As the (already busy) manager and leader, we’re in constant demand from our team to help them out and give the answer, yet the more we give the answer, the less self-sufficient they become.
Our programmes break that vicious cycle by giving busy managers and leaders the tools to have simple and effective coaching and feedback conversations in just 10 minutes or less. Our purpose is very simple – to help managers and leaders build new habits and behaviours to work less hard, yet have more impact.
Jonathan delivered two excellent Masterclasses at our whole company meeting in January and a total of 300 people were lucky enough to attend the ‘5 Question Leader’ keynote. A staggering 86% of people rated the session as ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’, making it by far the best received of the four Masterclasses available on the day. Jonathan pitched it perfectly and in such a simple way that whether you were new to industry, or on the board of directors, you left feeling enlightened and inspired. The anecdotal feedback has been immense and even weeks after the event there is a real buzz around the sessions, even from the most cynical of people. The SMT were delighted with both the session and the feedback they heard afterwards. Thank you again Jonathan.
Jonathan has supported us with coaching training, running a series of ‘The Coaching Habit’ sessions for our logistics division. We really enjoy the simplicity of the whole programme, from the materials through to the delivery of the content, which supports the complex, agile world that we work and live in now. The delivery of the sessions is very engaging and interactive. Some of our personal ‘aha’ moments include building new habits that take just 60 seconds, the Advice Monster and the all-important question, ‘what do you need from me?

We were a bit apprehensive about the course; we had people who were skeptical about what could be accomplished in a four-hour workshop. But Jonathan captured their imaginations. His style was engaging and effective – he remembered their names, used examples in the debrief discussions that were relevant and customized – we loved the facilitation and feedback has been fantastic.
