2. QUALITY TRAINING & ACCREDITATION

Our training is second to none.  Jonathan trained with The Coaches Training Institute and is an Associate Certified Coach under The International Coaching Federation, the leading organisation to set coaching standards worldwide.

3. DELIVERY EXPERIENCE

We have delivered executive coaching and leadership training to many UK organisations at the highest levels of seniority, both at home and abroad:

Jonathan has supported us with coaching training, running a series of ‘The Coaching Habit’ sessions for our logistics division. We really enjoy the simplicity of the whole programme, from the materials through to the delivery of the content, which supports the complex, agile world that we work and live in now. The delivery of the sessions is very engaging and interactive. Some of our personal ‘aha’ moments include building new habits that take just 60 seconds, the Advice Monster and the all-important question, ‘what do you need from me?

David Plater - L&D Partner & Pippa Young - HR Manager, Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd

I have realised that after 25 years at being managed, managing and rushing around like a headless chicken, that I have been doing it all wrong! Time for Change.

Andy Warner - MD, London Cremation Company

We were a bit apprehensive about the course; we had people who were skeptical about what could be accomplished in a four-hour workshop. But Jonathan captured their imaginations. His style was engaging and effective – he remembered their names, used examples in the debrief discussions that were relevant and customized – we loved the facilitation and feedback has been fantastic.

Hands down the best conference workshop I have had the pleasure to attend

Jo Wainwright , Official Blogger at the CIPD L&D Show 2018

With the skills I picked up from Catalyst and the Coaching For Great Work programme, I can now hold effective coaching sessions in a fraction of the time I needed previously and I also get firm commitments to take action
